Terms and conditions

Lolly May × July "Win the Pink Suitcase" Giveaway

1. Promoter

  1. The promoter is [Mayco Pty Ltd] trading as Lolly May, ABN [ABN], of [address] (Promoter).
  2. The giveaway is run in partnership with [July Luggage] (July), which supplies the suitcase.
  3. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from all liability connected with the giveaway.

2. Eligibility

  1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
  2. Employees of the Promoter and July, their immediate families, and agencies connected with the giveaway are not eligible.
  3. Entrants must have a public Instagram account during the Promotional Period and at the time of the draw, so their entry steps can be checked.

3. Promotional period

  1. The giveaway opens at 6pm AEST on 12 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST (Brisbane time) on Sunday 1 November 2026 (Promotional Period).
  2. Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.

4. How to enter

  1. To enter, during the Promotional Period entrants must complete all three steps:
    1. follow @lollymaystore and @july on Instagram;
    2. like the official pinned giveaway post on @lollymaystore; and
    3. register their entry by submitting their first name, email address and mobile number through the form (Entry).
  2. Only entrants who complete all three steps have a valid Entry. The Promoter will check that the drawn entrant completed steps 1.1 and 1.2 before awarding the prize.
  3. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. Standard internet and data charges may apply.
  4. Entrants may enter once only. Multiple registrations by the same person count as one Entry. Entries made through fake or multiple accounts, or by automated means, will be disqualified.
  5. The Promoter's decision on the validity of any Entry is final.

5. The draw

  1. This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
  2. The draw will take place at on Tuesday 3 November 2026 at, by random electronic selection from all valid Entries.
  3. One winner will be drawn (Winner). [Two] reserve entries will also be drawn, in order, in case the prize is unclaimed or the drawn entrant is ineligible.

6. The prize

  1. There is one prize, consisting of:
    1. a pink July carry-on suitcase, valued at $345AUD (RRP, incl. GST);
    2. Lolly May products to the value of $2,000AUD (RRP, incl. GST), selected by the Promoter, in sizes nominated by the Winner where available; and
    3. [an unreleased Lolly May product] including in product value.
  2. The total prize value is $2,345AUD (RRP, incl. GST). Values are correct at the time of publication. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in value.
  3. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter may substitute any part of the prize with an item of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable, subject to any applicable law.
  4. The prize will be delivered free of charge to an Australian address nominated by the Winner within [28] days of their acceptance.

7. Winner notification and unclaimed prize

  1. The Winner will be announced on @lollymaystore Instagram Stories on Tuesday 3 November 2026. They will also be notified by Instagram direct message from @lollymaystore and by email to the address used to register.
  2. The Promoter will only contact the Winner from the official @lollymaystore account or its own email domain. The Promoter will never ask for payment, banking details or passwords to claim a prize.
  3. The Winner must reply by 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 8 November 2026, confirming their full name and delivery address.
  4. If the prize is not claimed by then, or the Winner is ineligible or did not complete all entry steps, the prize will be offered to the first reserve entry, then the next. If no reserve entry claims it, an unclaimed prize redraw will take place at [time] AEST on Tuesday 10 November 2026 at the same address. That winner will be notified in the same way within two business days.

8. Privacy, marketing and publicity

  1. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information to run the giveaway, award the prize and, as set out below, send marketing. It is handled in line with the Promoter's privacy policy at [link].
  2. By registering, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Lolly May. Entrants who also opt in to texts agree to receive marketing SMS. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time; doing so after entering does not affect their Entry.
  3. The Winner's name and delivery address may be shared with July only if needed to deliver the suitcase.
  4. The Winner agrees to the Promoter publishing their first name, state and Instagram handle in connection with the giveaway.

9. Liability

  1. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
  2. Subject to that, the Promoter and July are not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the giveaway or the prize, except where caused by their negligence.
  3. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not visible because of technical issues, Instagram or website outages, or an entrant's account privacy settings.

10. General

  1. By entering, entrants accept these terms and conditions.
  2. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these terms, including by using bots, fake accounts or comment pods.
  3. If the giveaway cannot run as planned due to any cause beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may cancel, change or suspend it, subject to any direction from a relevant authority.
  4. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
