Refunds and Returns

Lolly May offers returns on all full priced items within 14 days of delivery for an online credit with 36 months validity.

The item must be:-

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused with original tags attached

Please email our team on hello@lollymay.com with your name, order number and item/s you will be returning. Please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed. Please note: The cost of the shipping returned will be the responsibility of the buyer and we cannot process your credit until we have received your items back.

Lolly May has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return.

Returning your goods:

Please ensure to include your name and order number on any return so that we can process this efficiently for you.

Please send via a tracked postal service to ensure your parcel does not go missing. LOLLY MAY is not liable for any missing returns and we can only process your return once the original has been received back into our warehouse.

I have received an item and I think its faulty, what do I do?

First of all, we are sorry to hear this has happened! We are more than happy to assist you with this fault. Please email your name and order details along with images of your item to hello@lollymay.com and we will help you out.

Please note:- We have a 5 week faulty claims period (please note: this excludes general wear and tear and incorrect garment care), in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, if a minor problem is found with the product, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement, or a store credit. When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit or refund.
