Lolly May offers returns / exchanges on all full priced items within 21 days of delivery for an online credit or size exchange.
Please note: We do not offer returns on our LAST CHANCE section
Exchange:
If you wish to exchange your item for a new size there will be a flat $15 handling fee, which covers shipping both ways ($7.50 for your item to come back to us, and $7.50 for your new item to be sent to you.) This cost is cheaper for you than if you were to go to your local post office as Lolly May absorbs some of the costs.
Online store credit:
Lolly May will charge a flat fee of $10 to cover the cost of the return shipping for an online store credit.
The item must be:-
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused with original tags attached
If you send back an item and it is not in it's original condition, we will not be able to process your return and you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to have the item sent back to you.
Please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed.
International Customers returning your goods:
Unfortunately our system is unable to generate an international return label for you so this will have to be processed at your local post office.
Please email hello@lollymay.com with your name, order number and item/s you will be returning and we will provide you with our returns address.
Please send via a tracked postal service to ensure your parcel does not go missing. LOLLY MAY is not liable for any missing returns and we can only process your return once the original has been received back into our warehouse.
I have received an item and I think its faulty, what do I do?
Firstly we are so sorry about this! We pride ourself on quality control across all of our stock. If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email our team at hello@lollymay.com within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate this and assist you further.
